MOTHER OF ALL ASCENSIONS UPHILL RACE

Fat Tuesday, March 4th, 2025 – 7:00 AM Sharp Start

The 33rd annual Mother Of All Ascensions is back again in a one-day race format! 

So grab your snowshoes, alpine touring gear, stabilizers, and/or split boards and head to Snowmass Base Village on Tuesday, March 4th, to compete in the infamous Mardi Gras uphill race to High Alpine Marketplace

Registration takes place online again this winter.

Entry Fee: $60
($30 from each entry goes to the Hope Center)

The uphill course starts slope side on Fanny Hill in Snowmass Base Village and ascends to the High Alpine Marketplace. Register online, sign the Aspen Ski Co. waiver and show up Tuesday March 4th to get a climb on.

Please be advised that Aspen Ski Co. Uphilling Policy remains in effect for 2025. 

If you do not have an ASC 2025 Uphill Pass, there will be no separate uphill pass fee for the MOAA again this winter. You MUST however initial the ASC Uphill wavier when registering.

Over $15,000 of incredible raffle prizes. Everyone wins!

• Sunday, March 2nd: 12 PM – 5 PM
  (Snowmass Village Town Hall Offices – 130 Kearns Rd.)
• Monday, March 3rd: 5 Pm – 8 PM
  ( Snowmass Base Village Conference Center – 110 Carriage Way)

AWARDS CEREMONY AND PRIZE RAFFLE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE RACE THAT MORNING AT THE COLLECTIVE IN SNOWMASS BASE VILLAGE next to the ice rink.
